HELPFUL THINGS
A few good questions.
Pottery, custom pieces, classes and the practical bits. If your question isn’t here, just ask Ange.
The pottery
Is every piece one of a kind?
Yes. Every piece is individually made by Ange, with its own colours, shape and little quirks. Each shop listing is for one unique piece.
Can you make another one like a sold piece?
You can ask! Ange can discuss a similar idea, but a handmade piece will have its own character. Email Ange.
Can I use a dish for food, or put it in the dishwasher?
Check the individual piece’s care notes first. A decorative or trinket dish should not be assumed suitable for food, a dishwasher or a microwave. If the listing does not confirm this, ask Ange before using it that way.
How do I look after my pottery?
Care depends on the piece and its finish. Follow the product’s care notes, and ask Ange if anything is missing. Dimensions and care information will be completed before online checkout opens.
Custom pieces & gifts
Can I request my own wording or colours?
Yes—tell Ange the kind of pot you have in mind, your colours, any wording and whether it is a gift. She’ll discuss what’s possible, the price and the making time before an order is agreed. Find out about custom pottery →
How long does a custom pot take?
It depends on the design and Ange’s making schedule. Clay needs time to dry and be fired, so please mention any deadline when you enquire. A completion date needs to be agreed with Ange.
Can I order a pot as a gift?
Of course. Choose a ready-made piece or discuss a personal design. If it needs to arrive by a particular date, ask Ange before ordering. Gift wrapping and delivery arrangements still need confirming.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Ask Ange about a voucher for pottery or a future class. Amounts, how to use it and any expiry date need to be agreed before purchase. Gift voucher enquiries →
Shopping & delivery
Is online checkout open?
Not yet. You can browse the collection and try the basket, but the website cannot take payment or place an order yet. For a piece you love, email Ange to ask about availability.
Does adding a piece to my basket reserve it?
No. The basket is a preview and does not reserve stock. The same unique piece may also be listed on Etsy. Availability must be confirmed before purchase.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is set for each piece and shown in its details when confirmed. If a delivery price isn’t listed, ask Ange for a quote. Destinations and dispatch times must be agreed before ordering. If you have a particular destination or deadline in mind, ask Ange.
Can I collect my pottery?
Collection arrangements are not confirmed on the website yet. Message Ange to ask what is possible. Please agree a place and time before travelling.
Where can I find returns information?
The shop’s delivery, returns and cancellation details will be published before online orders open. If you have a question about an existing purchase, contact Ange through the place where you bought it.

No experience needed. Beginners are welcome—just bring a willingness to have a go and get a little messy.

Check the class calendar for upcoming dates. Email Ange to ask about booking or a date that suits you.
